Using a fun water theme, this camp will help youth learn money management, cooking, sewing, art, and STEM, as they participate in a variety of hands-on learning experiences. The following schedule offers a glimpse of what the youth will be doing during the camp”
Sewing – beach towel bag, snap bag, first aid kit
Cooking – learn about food and nutrition as the youth prepare healthy foods
STEM – Spheros and WeDos encourage exploration of science, technology engineering and math skills
Maker – watercolor mosaics, art project with the Cricut, 3D printing, laser cutter
Outdoor skills: The youth will be learning about water
Money management – The youth will love learning about money in a fun, experimental environment. They will be responsible for all their personal finances as they go on this journey. Who wouldn’t love it!
